This city is a place of terror. Strange creatures walk the streets, but there hidden. They look human, there are people who are Gifted with amazing powers some can only dream of. They have abilities like no other. When these people came an agency called the Gifted Creature Monitor and Retrieval, otherwise known as the GCMR. They despise creatures who are gifted, ell average people don't know what to think. They are confused and don't understand. This city was named after a Spanish explorer, known as Mark Naomia. There is a mountain named Misterio, which is Mystery in Spanish. It makes sense, this city is a mystery, but the mountain is more. No one knows what to think, but when they do, it may lead to more problems.
